- ・Authors of accepted papers are required to upload their final manuscripts to EDAS by Aug. 31, 2026 (23:59 Hawaii Time).
- ・Papers for which no author has completed registration will be automatically withdrawn from the conference proceedings and program.
- ・The presenting authors of the accepted papers must complete their pre-registration for the conference, including payment, by Aug. 31, 2026 (23:59 Hawaii Time).
Preparation of Final Manuscript

- ・Final manuscripts are limited to four (4) pages..
- ・Please carefully confirm that the names, affiliations, e-mail addresses of all authors, and the manuscript title exactly match those registered in the EDAS system.
- ・Submit the manuscript in PDF format on A4 paper size with all fonts embedded.

・Use the APMC 2026 paper templates available from: MS word Paper Template, Latex Paper Template (Latex).
(These templates are the same as those for the initial submission.)
IEEE Xplore-Compliant PDFs

- ・Manuscripts must comply with IEEE Xplore formatting requirements; otherwise, they will not be included in IEEE Xplore and IEICE proceedings.
- ・Authors must use IEEE PDF eXpress to check or create an Xplore-compliant PDF:

Uploading Final Manuscripts

- ・Final manuscripts must be uploaded to EDAS using the personalized submission link provided in the paper acceptance notification e-mail.
- ・EDAS will rigorously check the submitted PDF for formatting issues (e.g., non-embedded fonts, incorrect margins, incorrect page size, etc.). Please follow the feedback provided by EDAS to correct any identified problems.
Copyright Transfer

- ・The copyrights of all accepted papers must be transferred to the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE). All accepted and presented papers will be included in the IEICE Proceedings Series. Please complete the copyright transfer process by checking the copyright transfer box in the EDAS system.
- ・If a submitted paper is accepted to IEEE Microwave and Wireless Technology Letters (MWTL), the copyright will belong to IEEE, and the paper will be published in MWTL via IEEE Xplore, rather than as an APMC 2026 conference paper. (Please note that the final paper submission is required for all accepted papers including nominated papers for MWTL.)
- ・Papers for which the copyright transfer has not been completed will not be published.
Conference Presentation & Proceedings

- ・At least one author must present the paper at the conference. Papers that are not presented at the conference will not be published in IEEE Xplore or the IEICE Proceedings.
- ・IEEE and IEICE reserve the right to exclude papers that are not presented at the conference from IEEE Xplore and the IEICE Proceedings.
