• For oral presentations, authors are required to prepare and present their research using PowerPoint or PDF slides.
·Language: English
·Slide Aspect Ratio : 16:9 (no template provided)
·Presentation Time : 20 minutes including Q&A
- • Speakers are requested to arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of their session and report to the session chair.
- • Each session room is equipped with a Windows PC installed with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Presenters may use either the provided Windows PC or their own laptop.
- • As a precaution, presenters are strongly encouraged to bring their presentation files in both PPTX and PDF formats on a USB drive.
- • If presenters wish to use their own laptop, they must inform the session chairs in advance.Please note that the connection to the projector is HDMI. Presenters using their own laptops are responsible for bringing any necessary adapters or converters.
- • Presentations without a speaker (no-show presentations) will not be included in IEEE Xplore and IEICE Proceedings after the conference.

• Each poster presentation will be prepared using one poster panel.
·Language: English
·Poster Panel Size: 0.9 meters (width) and 2.1 meters (height) (A0 size, 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm, can be used.)
--Pins, tape, and other poster mounting materials will be provided at the venue. -
• Session Schedule :
·Poster Ⅰ: 11:30-13:00, November 09, 2026 (JST), 2F Hall
·Poster Ⅱ: 11:30-13:00, November 10, 2026 (JST), 2F Hall
·Poster Ⅲ: 11:30-13:00, November 11, 2026 (JST), 2F Hall
- • Each poster number will be displayed on the corresponding poster panel in advance. Presenters may begin mounting their posters from 11:00, which is 30 minutes before the session starts. Please complete poster setup at least 5 minutes before the start of session. Session chairs will verify the at posters are mounted on the correct panels.
- • After the sessions, presenters are responsible for removing and taking down their own posters. Please ensure that the poster boards are cleared within 30 minutes after the session ends.
